Overview

The Dell Gaming team is looking for a marketing manager that will be responsible for developing and driving marketing programs in support of existing and newly established strategic gaming initiatives, around the world. We are looking for a leader that possesses a passion for gaming, strives to be the best at what they do, and will bring a sense of urgency for driving innovation.

This year, we are poised to design and implement a number of new marketing initiatives to significantly advance our story across targeted audiences. To achieve this, the marketing manager must be highly creative and demonstrate the ability to scale across multiple segments and vehicle; fully leveraging the reach of our partners and internal stakeholders (eg., Merchandising, PR, partner marketing, brand and global creative teams); and align with campaign and business goals.

Responsibilities 

• Develops and leads the implementation of cross functional marketing initiatives.
• Drives strategic initiatives in emerging and established markets that present large opportunities, such as military and education markets.
• Develops marketing campaigns, evaluates marketing plans and develops strategies to respond to changing market and competitive conditions.
• Applies broad knowledge of gaming market and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/service opportunities, such as loyalty programs.
• Responsible for executing on functional and business goals for the group.
• Responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 6+ years of Marketing or related experience
• Gaming and technology passion and expertise required; understanding the gaming and gamer mindset
• Loyalty program experience
• Extensive marketing and technical marketing experience
• Strong eye for detail, as well as, the ability to see past what is in front of them and focus on the “big picture”.
• Experience with the balance the management of multiple projects simultaneously.
